Returns and Exchanges
In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can request a return  or exchange using the process below

Send a request for a refund or replacement with your order number at https://indinoir.ecoreturns.ai/ and follow the instructions on the page.

Discovery Sets, Gift Sets, Trial Sets and 12.5ml SKUs are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

You must request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods post which no request for refund or exchange may not be entertained.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment, within seven working days. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Items bought using coupon codes might not be eligible for refunds.
